For those who depend on their iOS based device (iPhone, iPad, iPod) for one-shot alarms, beware.

Apparently there's a bug that prevents these kind of alarms from working since the end of 2010.

I set several alarms today after hearing the news and they all worked. Go figure!

Spending to stimulate the economy as fast as the credit cards will allow!

this only had affect on Jan. 1 & 2.....

That's a relief (of sorts). How could it start working today?

Looking around, the problem went away for some and not for others. If you're not sure, you should certainly confirm that the alarm is functioning normally.
