I have a R22, a HR20 and a H21.

I bought a 3D TV and required equipment to view the 3D programming.

The H21 was in an unused bedroom, the R22 in the master bedroom and the HR20 in the living room on the 3D TV. Once I found out the HR20 couldn't do 3D, I read about a possible swap out by DTV to a 3D in the forums. I called and they suggested I move my receivers around and use the H21 to the living room. I did and the 3D looks marvelous...

However, I'm missing the DVR features in the livingroom such as rewind of live (and unrecorded tv) and Cinema. The recorded shows are available through Whole Home.

Is the R22 3D capable? I want a 3D DVR in the livingroom and the other DVR in the master bedroom.

I'm open to other suggestions as well...

Thanks!

Doug

The R22 is really a software-modified HR21.
