Wow! That's great. The UPN station here won't have HD for quite a while but it's good to know the network is passing it along. Thanks for letting us know.

We're behind as well with UPN, although our WB (KWGN) just went on the air yesterday with their digital signal. Watched Smallville and Angel in HD tonight for the first time! :D

Maybe Dish and Directv should consider the Voom approach to hd locals. Make all their receivers with a digital ota tuners so they can get the hd content to their subs with out having to do all the hd channels again. They would only need national distant networks for the areas that couldn't receive a digital signal over the air.

I believe DirectTV will be doing that with HD DirectTivo as it can record OTA HDTV + DirecTV.
