Some Roku forums are blowing up about this. I haven't added as a private channel (it's available per the Roku yahoo group) to try it out.

Any thoughts?

probably not legit - for US citizens outside of US. Pay option for dvr/expanded content. My understanding from Roku forum is that they ask for partial SS & credit card. Just smacks of russian phisher.

its legit..They don't have the same "rules" as cable and satellite..thus D* is complaining to the FCC
