Wow! I'm shocked. Somehow I think FOX did this to spite us since most everyone thought Friday meant death for the show.

Good news! This season has been great with the overall story arc of the other universe. Can't wait to see what they come up with for next season.

Fringe is the most interesting and quirky series that has been on TV since the "Twilight Zone" IMO. Glad to hear is it coming back!

It would be a much more interesting plot line if it was not, don't you think?:)

I enjoy the show much more as a "monster of the week" type show, but am happy to hear it's returning.

Fringe is the show that has been missing since X-Files. I am very happy to see it last.

Opinions expressed by me are my own and do not necessarily reflect

For those of us who have DVRs, yes. But the majority of households still don't have a DVR.

!! OMG... SACRILEGE!

DVR's are worse than crack. Once you have one, you can never go back. Even on business trips I am always pushing the remote to fast forward past those commercials.

Seriously if you ever get to the position where you can afford a DVR, it will change your life. No more worrying about missing your favorite show. No more being tied to the TV on a certain day and time to watch your show. No more wasting 15 minutes of every hour watching useless commercials. No more regretting answering that phone or having unexpected guests come over because you may miss your show. No more wondering what that other show that comes on during Fringe is like because you can record it while you are watching Fringe.

Back on topic... I am glad Fringe got renewed too.

Did anyone else think that Anna Torv did an excellent job as William Bell? She had Leonard Nimoy's speech patterns down pat.

Speech patterns and mannerisms were very good, but I found her gravely voice very distracting and slightly corny.

Personally, I agree. However I know many people who have DVR's and don't even use them.
I do, I offer a complete and utter retraction. The imputation was totally without basis in fact, and was in no way fair comment, and was motivated purely by malice, and I deeply regret any distress that my comments may have caused you, or your family, and I hereby undertake not to repeat any such slander at any time in the future.

Ummm, yeah. I wasn't saying I didn't have a DVR. In fact I have 6...
