I'm using the latest 3.1 debug version as of yesterday. It fixes a lot of the issues people have complained of in here, namely web browsing performance. I would suggest the average person wait till it's official which should be very soon looking at this latest build. This build is newer than the 3.1 beta from back in august and includes netflix.

I can't post the URL since I'm new but over at gtvhacker in the revue section there is a thread titled "Honeycomb 3.1 UserDebug Leaked!"

How about as a media player? Does Honeycomb address those issue? How does it compare to say Boxee? More specifically, how does it handle 720p or 1080p mkv files? Have you had a chance to try?

I'm waiting for another leak since this one removes the recovery menu, adb isn't confirmed as accessible and as of now, there's no known way to upgrade again.. and those are all things I'm not trying to lose.... however, with this leak it has been confirmed that the media player is markedly improved, the browser is a lot more stable, Netflix works, ESPN3 is back in business (thanks to the Flash 10.2 baked in) and 5.1 has been verified as being implemented.

I've never noticed a degradation in HD quality .. just audio, fyi.

What do you mean 5.1 has been implemented? Do you mean for Netflix? The Revue already has 5.1 capabilities outside of Netflix.
I am wondering if they fixed it from always putting out a 5.1 signal to your receiver via HDMI even when there is really only 2.0 sound.
