Having to keep reauthorizing

Every time my HR22-100 does a restart for some reason it looses its authorization for Whole Home and I have to go online and resend the authorization. Its not hard just a pain, so any ideas of why this receiver is doing this and the HR24 isn't?

Maybe something with the access card? :shrug:
