Had my first World Direct install this morning, had to use SWM 16. (Didnt have any SWM 8A) Installing H25, all ports from Slim 3 and 95 lnb peaked out and passed on AIM meter. Not getting anything out of SWM 1/pwr. Anyone had a problem with SWM 16's being Dead out of box?
