Showtime and D* just renewed their deal last month. http://www.hollywood...carriage-377406

Showtime Anytime content will be launch on D* Everywhere, if all goes well, before the holidays. That is barring any technical unknowns, but that is the plan. D* customers will also have access to Showtime Anytime's site and app as well....I believe at the same time.


Is CBS planned as well for D* Everywhere & On Demand on the TV?

Is there any HD content available on Anytime? When I signed up and checked it out last week, everything was reporting itself as SD. I even took the link for the 'view in new window' and changed the URL to contain HD instead of SD and got nada.

It doesn't appear that they are offering HD yet.

Is anyone having authentication problems?

When I log in on showtimeanytime.com, or on the android app, I often (9 times out of 10) get a message that states "It Appears that your DirecTV subscription does not include Showtime."

I sent an email to DirecTV about it and they sent me a generic response saying to call. I'd rather not go 10 rounds with them on the phone if this is something that is happening to other Showtime subscribers.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

I do have a subscription to showtime, but how do I re-authorize on the Directv site?

Ok, I did a little more testing:

I can always watch Showtime on DirecTV.com

I can only watch on showtimeanytime.com and on my android app a few minutes after logging in on Directv.com.

If I wait for a while (30 mins or so) after logging in on DirecTV.com, I can no longer access the programs on showtimeanytime.com or on the app.

Having to log into DirecTV.com every time is not a very good workaround b/c I'm not always near a computer when using the android app.
