I just switched from the other guys and with their program guide you could jump forward in 12 hour blocks. Its a pain to go forward one program per button push now. Am I missing something with my VIP 612 program guide?

Use the "skip forward" or "skip backward" curly arrow buttons to jump in 24-hr blocks.

You can also punch numbers and then the left/right arrows to skip a certain number of hours on some receivers if the 24/hr or 3/hr skips aren't suiting you.
