When will Seattle/Blaine washington get Directv HDUI

The last that I saw from the DirecTV schedule was December 21, 2011. Have a HR20-700 and patiently waiting for the update. Have tried the force update trick twice and no update in the stream.

I have seen Seattle listed twice, once in December and the other in January. Not sure when the actual date will be, but should be within the next month I would guess.
