If you get a Cinema Connection Kit, that one will get all 3 of your receivers connected to the Internet (and your router).

So one Cinema Connection Kit gets all 3 DVR's online? Does each one get its own IP and then talk to the one with the Connection Kit to get out?

Yes that's how it works. The CCK acts as a bridge between all your receivers and your router. Every receiver will get its own IP address.
