Mrs. Fluffybear and I watched 'Used Cars' the other night on Sony and that was unedited & uncut.

MGM though I believe has an intermission half way through the picture. I don't believe there films are edited for content either but then again the last movie I watched on MGM was 'That's Entertainment' and the strongest word they used was 'gosh'

Both are uncut, MGM has an 'Intermission', Sony does not. Universal is more or less like a USA2 now, mostly TV shows and lots of ads.

MGM has ads for upcoming films, very annoying. Sony generally has them on the bottom of the screen.

Enjoying AT 250 HBO,

Also while MGM HD is 1080i, they do not appear to broadcast in DD 5.1, my Sony receiver displays LPCM L/R, and Sony I believe is only DD 2.0

Sony has started airing some Paramount films over the last month or so, which is good to see.
