I checked tonight, the SD channel worked, nothing on the HD channel to check. Their website says I definitely don't get it, or the NHL Network, but it worked as well. This would be a deal breaker for me, the Reds are on that channel. I don't want to magicially have it disappear one day. Are we supposed to get it?

For a long time when I had total choice plus, the site said I didn't qualify to get the 101 Network, or Audience when the name changed. All packages get it. I wouldn't worry about it, the web lineup has never been totally reliable.

Thanks for the response. I tried online first, then tried on the phone with the same response. Certainly is possible the CSR is misinformed, won`t be the first time. Will try again when I return home next week.

Finally got the HD Extra Pack removed. Called DTV a weeek ago and the CSR told me she removed it, except when I saw my bill today, and the HD Extra Pack is still there, (along with the billing). Tried again today with success. Still have the Choice Xtra Classic intact.

I really wish DTV would do something with these package names. (Choice, Choice Extra, Choice Extra Classic, DirectTV HD Pack, DirectTV HD Extra Pack, etc.)
