We have 4 HR-2- on ethernet mrv. if its changed to a single wire and deca can one of the dvr's still use the ethernet with a home run to the router that the deca broadband adaptor is plugged into and have mrv. that hr22 is on a separate dish from the rest of the system.

Yes.
But that would be an unsupported configuration. The installer that sets up your whole-home probably won't do that for you.
