What is the status of Fox Sports San Diego? When will Fox Sports San Diego go on the air to air the padres games on tv? Also will Directv carry the channel?

with the move of Prime Ticket from 694 to 693 it is to assume that is the slot for FS San Diego.

I thought I read March 5th and it will be a part time (game time) only channel
