the csr i spoke with was escalating to engineering/ i am suppose to get a call within 72 hours.
What good is a call back on Tuesday? This isn't cricket where matches can go on for days, this is baseball. The game ended Saturday night around 10p (MST).

What good is a call back on Tuesday?
1) It might help them not make the same mistake again with the next pre-season game.
2) It might get you a credit or something or a free ppv movie if you ask for it.

I am seeing a "Not Subscribed" message on my screen also with a (721) number.
That's exactly what I had. Probably DTV just screwed up. No big deal its just preseason.

Well pregame is on now so i guess we were both wrong.
Happy to be wrong in this case! Pre-season games should never be blacked out. There is no logical reason!
