Why isn't cinemax available on-demand from the hopper, while it is available through dish online (or max-go), when it is from the same corporate source as HBO?

Showtime/TMC should be included as well, but are not on either. Showtime now has an online streaming site (Showtime Anytime) that seems similar to HBO and Max Go, but only for ATT U-verse, Verizon and Comcast at present. That may mean that it will become available for the rest of us with subscriptions to different satellite and cable providers.
