I have the Choice Xtra classic package, and online it says I am not eligible for premiums or sports packages. Why is that? And what can I do to be eligible for them as I have my phone line plugged in and stuff.

You have a grandfathered package so you cannot make changes like that online. You are able to have them you just have to call in. So call in and ask what options are available for you and I'm sure someone will be happy to get them added for you.

Ok, thanks. I was just curious about it as I was looking at putting the sports pack on, but I dont want to break the budget so to speak until I get back on my feet again fully so to speak.
