Hi all,

Was installed Tuesday and I only have 1 day of guide data. I should have 9. Any idea on how i can fix this? I tried reset but nothing. I have 1 hopper and 1 joey

put the hopper in stand by for a couple hours and it should update

I had the same problem recently and pressed & held the reset button under the front cover of the Hopper. After reset was completed, the guide was fully populated!

Went to work and came back and guide was there now. Thanks for the suggestions, I'll remember them if it happens again.
