We have one HR24 and one THR22. It's my understanding that the Tivo recorder makes it impossible to have Whole Home Service. Tonight though, I pressed the "List" button to see my recordings on the HR24 and I got a message saying that Whole Home Service had been activated and I was asked to identify the receiver.
What is going on? Either I'm being billed for something I can't use or the service was recently updated to support the TiVo boxes and no one asked me whether I wanted to pay extra for the feature.
I'm planning to call DirecTV tomorrow about a different issue and I would like know whether really did miss an announcement.

No thats is a glitch with the new sw on your HR the THR cannot participate in WHDVR and you are NOT being charged for anything
