Nearly $70 for HD seems outrageous but the fight is intriguing. Im assuming the distributors(HBO) set the price. Anybody ever get discounts on PPV fights?

Not a chance I'm paying that. I haven't ordered a ppv event in over 2 years and my wallet thanks me for that. Remember when they seemed special? Not just something thrown out to make a buck? Back in the day there were 8 or 9 wrestling events total between 2 companies and a big boxing match 3 or 4 times a year as well. Now it seems every weekend at least one outfit is wanting $$$ from you for a ppv event.

While I'd love to see the event live, I sure am not paying that much for it.

I'll just wait until the next weekend and watch it on HBO.

Ive noticed HBO is cutting back on the practice of showing fights the next weekend. They've probably figured out they're losing potential buys because of it.

Isn't it they usually just show it prior to their next WCB event? So it'll probably air whenever that is be it next week or in 3 weeks. And as far as potential buys, the price and overall state of boxing contributes far, far more to loss of buys than an airing the next week or two weeks later.

Not a fan of Mayweather. Would love to see him knocked out. He's chicken to fight Pacquia.

It's not on next week, unfortunately.
If you stop responding to them or put them on ignore, then eventually they'll go away.

The next HBO fight is scheduled for two weeks from today. Maybe they're planning on showing it then but no guarentee.

It wasn't listed at the time & still isn't in the DirecTV on screen guide. Hall Pass is listed.
