I've been with Direct since the beginning (USSB) and if I wasn't such a sucker I would smarten up and switch to Prism TV. By the way, I'm watching right now after my own install and have a great signal. "Thank you for being a loyal Directv subscriber..."jokes on me.

Just because a loser tech didnt want to work should not relieve DirecTv of their contract with you to provide what was promised.

How is the OP's dish mounted? Is it to code and DirecTV specs?

Update: I received a call from someone in Escalations that was following up on my original call. After explaining the whole ordeal again this lady was completely no help. She "wasn't authorized" to do anything to help me. Why call me in the first place? I didn't know if I was talking to Direct or the Government. Both apparently have the same amount of red tape.
