tv apps issue?

i have reset the HR 22 and reset the router.
when i go to advanced network setup on the box it says everything is connected. and my Whole-home DVR works. just not the TV apps.
DIRECTV customer since SEPT 2000 (1) Genie (2) Genie Mini's (1) HR22-100 (1) HR23-700 all networked, total 10 live tunners!!-------------
