Same thing here on my Panny 54". I went to 720p to see if it was any better, it did not help so I went back to 1080i and there was 1080i like it should be. Dish should fix this so other people don't have to luck up and find a fix on boards like this. I also have a 42" lcd that was ok, so no tricks needed.


Yeah, it is a weird bug... and it doesn't seem the Dish CSRs know about it if you call in... so whenever it rears its head, a lot of people probably just live with it and think Dish has very poor HD quality instead of investigating further.
