Does the HR 34 connect wireless to the other tvs? Also does the hopper?

Not to other receivers, Internet access can be wireless. RVU does allow for wireless, but I don't know if DirecTV supports it, and you would need a compatible TV.

No you need one coax in everyroom.

Or if the OP means does DIRECTV have anything like U-verses' wireless receiver, to connect with the HR34, no. :nono:

yes is unclear what they OP is trying to do. Perhaps RVU or WHDVR.....
