Premier costs $119.99 a month. HD Extra Pack costs $4.99 a month. Total is $124.98 a month vs $138.99 a month you're paying now.

Don't know what premier costs these days but you would need premier plus HD fee plus plus dvr fees plus hd extra pak. Premier would cover all your movie channels and sports pack.

HD Extra Pack is free for 3 months. Then cancel and it will let you restart it immediately for free for another 3 months and on and on and on... :) If you change to Prem. that also is a current package unlike the one you have now, so you can do that change online quite easily.

Premier is $119.99
Add DVR, HD and maybe MRV to that.

Premier = $119.99
HD = $10
DVR = $8
HD Extra Pack = $4.99

Total: $142.98

PLUS HDDVR (Choice Xtra($68.99) + HD($10) +DVR($8)) = $86.99
Premium Channels = $52
HD Extra Pack = $4.99

Total $143.98

Yes, the other charges are included. I was showing him the $14.01 per month savings between Premier and HD Extra Pack and what he has now.

I get the feeling DirecTV uses the same business model as KFC! Try to order what you want at the best price...
