NFL Network Question

I have a question.. If the NFL network is rebroadcasting a a preseason game from last night whould the blackout rules still apply? The reason I ask is I live in Erie PA, I just tried to watch the Bills game on the NFL Network and it says it is Blacked out for me.:lol:

Also in Maryland even though it is the racial slurs who I live near.

Blackout rules have never applied to replays of games.

It was blacked out as the game was not sold out and Erie is in Buffalo Bills Territory and the rerun could not air in the Bills market before the local station replays it later. If it was sold out it would have aired in the Bills markets.
