Issues with New Equipment

The new equipment is junk.

I dont doubt that at all and i am worried about having to get A DIFFERENT BOX when they change codecs in a few months!! (I would think my RCA box would be able to render several different codecs (Like WMP does))

I dunno what im gonna do,THIS RCA IS THE BEST BOX I HAVE EVER HAD -- Excellent response,etc.......... (DRD-420RE) and i dont wanna end up with a piece of trash JUST BECAUSE THEY CANT LEAVE STUFF AS IS!!
