DishOnDemand streaming problem

I'm having a problem downloading a particular TV show. I've tried contacting Dish to address it, with no success (about a week ago). I'm unsure of how to proceed.

The problem is with a single episode of a show (Spartacus: Gods Of The Arena, episode 1). It won't stream, the bit rate shows 0 kbps, and the download eventually says it failed.

The series has 6 episodes, of which 4 are available via my Hopper. (All 6 are available, and will stream, on my computer). I haven't had problems with Dish On Demand with other shows or movies so far.

I expect that there is a problem with the video file on a Dish server - how can I get Dish to look into this?

PM a DIRT member and have him file a tech problem with Dish's support team.
