Yea, without taking a small TV and box out to the dish, the cell phone route works, but add a second for the cell phone too.

Well, I adjusted my elevation a few different times and swept the azimuth through and finally got the 101 at 92-95. On the installation screen I have big red X's on both the 99 and the 103, odd and even. What do I need to fine tune to get those pulled in?

From my location, 77591, the elevation is about 4 degrees less for the 99 than the 101.
You can see this by putting in your address and then choosing the proper satellite and then click on go at dishpointer.com.
The skew / twist is also important in getting those satellites also.
