There is currently an issue where some customers may have lost programming or you get a banner but no programming. This is a known issue and currently being worked on. Calling in at this time will result in longer hold times and the same information I'm posting here. If there are any updates I can share I will but at this time that's all the information available.

Most markets on the west coast lost some, if not all, locals right now.

Maybe you guys should put up an antenna so you can get your locals for free, and you don't have to worry about these disruptions. They're not an eyesore.

They are an eyesore, but I have one up to deal with issues like this. Having said that, I was letting people know what was going on in case they were wondering what was going on.

Maybe you guys should put up an antenna so you can get your locals for free, and you don't have to worry about these disruptions. They're not an eyesore.
