I had a HR24-200 installed today to replace an old reciever. No YouTube or Pandora are listed in Extras.

Do you know what the National Release is for this receiver? The last update shown on the reciever was from January 2012 and is 059e.

I have a HR24-500 in another room that has these, but was last updated in June 2012.

I'm thinking I may just need to do a reset.

Patience is important. It may take a day or more for everything to get downloaded.

Are you connected to the internet with this receiver ? Those items you mentioned are from the internet. Those can take up to 5 days for all of the extras to install on your machine.

I do not think that is the latest software for this receiver. It will get the newest software pretty quickly when it is time for it to do so.
