Does anyone have any info why commercial accounts no longer get the replays on channels 704 and 705. I called Directv yesterday morning and they had no clue, they told me they would have the problem fixed ASAP. This morning I called and was told the replays are no longer avaliable to commercial accounts and the CSR had no idea why.

I'm surprised the NFL still does them, it reveals the truth that people spend 3 - 3.5 hours watching gameplay that adds up to half an hour. This is why I start watching NFL games on DVR 2 hours after they start.

Back to the topic, I think this year that they put Short Cuts under the Sunday Ticket Max and not part of the standard Sunday Ticket. Maybe the Max is not sold in commercial accounts.

According to their business account page, sports bars do. I don't think hotels get Sunday ticket at all.

This is strange because Short Cuts have always been available for commercial acct's. These acct's don't have a regular & Max versions of NFLST. It's just one package. The only difference is they can't get Mobile & On-Demand.

What number did you call that said it wasn't available for commercial acct's?

I would assume. By "hotel" I was looking at the hotel price sheet, which is, I am sure, entended for guest rooms.

Hotels that subscribe to D* are usually given NFLST at no charge for their on-site bar/ restaurant...

I called the commercial dept at 1 888 388 4249

That dept is now split between the legacy commercial customer care & a new group. I think when you were told it isn't available it was the new group.

Short Cuts is still available for commercial acct's

I own 3 sports bars with a total of 30 plus receivers, none of the receivers can get the shortcuts. I have made several calls to Directv and have been told every time that the shortcut replays are no longer available to commercial accounts.

Is there an error message when you are trying to tune to the Short Cuts channels (704/705)?

Did you try resetting the receivers? And your establishment can display the regular NFLST games on Sunday?
