i noticed that the last 3 columns cc.audio parental has went transparent on both of my receivers..when you hit the info button,,anybody know why this has happened it hasn't been like that before.......

Just a graphics glitch that will fix itself with a reset.
If you stop responding to them or put them on ignore, then eventually they'll go away.

On my HR24 the top quarter of the info banner is transparent. I kinda like it. :)
DirecTV since '96, Waivers for ABC, CBS, NBC, & Fox, HR23-700 & HR24-500/AM21, using ethernet based MRV.
