We watch and record dozens of programs every week on our HR34 without issue and have been doing so for well over a year. Some are live, some in the buffer and some recorded.

Over the last few weeks we are constantly having problems ONLY with NBC Nightly News (national news broadcast at 6:30PM eastern) on NYC channel 4.

Probably 25% of the time the recording is blank when we try and play it back after it has ended. Many times when we watch it live and rewind back into the buffer the program freezes and won't restart. Sometimes when we are actually watching it live and pause it it won't restart.

This is the ONLY program we watch or record (and we watch and record a lot of programs) that has this issue.

Anyone else experiencing this? It's really strange.
