I'm watching an episode of it on MeTV right now. A patient nearly died but didn't, and it just occurred to me that I can't recall them ever having failed to rescue anyone. Has anyone ever died on that show?

Bob Troup looks like a baby chicken that just popped through his egg shell. How does a dorky looking guy like that get a babe like Julie London in real life?

Yeah, but remember it was shot in the 70s when TV shows were still sanitized for your protection.
