I presently have a D11 receiver with an older 3 LNB 101-110-119 dish and was wondering if if got a H20 hd receiver if I would be able to get hd channels or do I also need to buy one of those slimline dishes?

All you'd get are the SD channels from 101. The HD channels are on 99 and 103.
DirecTV since '96, Waivers for ABC, CBS, NBC, & Fox, HR23-700 & HR24-500/AM21, using ethernet based MRV.
