I currently have a HR24 in the living room and a HR22 in the bedroom. Contract is up in a few more days and want to get a Genie. Upgrade wise. What is the best way to go? I hear the Genie has some kind of client box? Would that be best to replace the HR22? Or move the HR24 to the back bedroom?

You can get the "Genie Client", aka C31, and that will use a tuner off of the Genie when you want to watch live TV which means you could only record 4 things instead of 5. You could also just keep the HR24, and move it like you said, and then not only would you have the 5 tuners of the Genie but you'd also have the 2 in the HR24. You could record 7 things at one time and not worry about the HR24 using a tuner on the HR34. You would also have combined storage capacity of 1.5TB instead of just 1TB.

Sounds like a plan. Thanks for the input!
