My Father was Very Cheap or Fiscally Frugal so when he died my Mother and I told the lady selling the Funeral Arrangements that we wanted the cheapest thing they had so he would be happy!!!

the agents have no control over which model receiver is sent out to you as directv has terrible logistics when it comes to their equipment :nono2:
to me that is like ordering a tv and the store telling you, "you may get this model, this model, or this model. we don't know".

they can actually send an email higher up to send you a hr24. I've seen it done before.
