If I try to access my sling adapter it comes on. If I try to change channel to a dish local channel (2,5,7,9,11,or 32) from chicago the sling adapter goes to dish china or dish hawaii. Every once in a while c-span. Anyone else seeing this? If I access a channel above locals it works fine.

I've seen the same behavior (and I'm in the area, so my locals are Chicago too). I use the iPad app to watch tv, and occasionally, the guide will show local channel numbers that aren't mine. Restarting the app and refreshing the guide usually clears it up. Don't have a permanent fix.

Sometimes I feel like the sling adaptor is more black magic than technology. Just a little buggy.

Yes channel 13 is one I see a lot. Weird. Not a deal breaker just more annoying than anything.
