I have been trying to transfer some programing from an EHD formerly connected to my old ViP 722 receiver which was replaced with a Hopper/Joey system. When I first got the Hopper, I was successfully able to transfer about 15 items over. This week, I tried to transfer just 1 episode of Boardwalk Empire and I get the following scenarios:

1) About 1 minute into the transfer, I get a message that the "External Device has been disconnected". If I wait awhile and don't do anything, the EHD reconnects. Trying to restart the transfer just repeats this error message or if I can get past the first minute, I get the problem below.

2) About 2 minutes into the transfer, the Hopper just reboots. This has happened 3 times over 2 days.

I can view and delete content from the EHD with no problems. I have not tried moving a different item so see if it is problem with that particular program. I find it odd that a corrupted program would just reboot the entire system when it is trying to just copy a file over.

Any debugging tips of logs I can send?

Better not to transfer. The recordings are easy to play from the EHD, a lot easier than on the 722.
