It can take up to a month or so if Directv encounters problems that needs to be fixed.

I think it is finally on all 4. I haven't checked but the first one was I believe around 12/4 and the one I noticed most recently was last week.

If I understand the question (always subject to debate) here are the units and the date they received 062c...
HR20-700 12/4 @ 3:39AM
R22-100 12/18 @ 3:59AM
HR21-200 12/12 @ 3:58AM
HR22-100 12/18 @ 3:59AM
So the R22 and HR22 got it at the same time apparently.

Yup, I got my NR for my 20-700s weeks ago and just got my 24s' NR a couple days ago. The TS should be getting his any day now. Or not...who really knows?

Depends. It depends if a feature is being added or changed. Those changes will cause calls to their CSR and to avoid overloading those centers, the SW is spread over several nights.
How long does it take to roll out new code? I hear there is new firmware, but all my boxes still have code from June.
