Are there any plans within Dish to add the CW in HD?
Equipment: 2 Hopper, 1 Joey [soon to be 2 Joeys]

Dish has not made arraingements with your CW station for HD, or, if they have - they haven't had time to do the conversion yet.

My area just recently got CW and My Network TV stations (both Sinclair) in HD from Dish, so just be patient. It will be happening.
You CAN put antennas on your owned and/or controlled property...
