I think I've seen conflicting info on this....I'm installing a new swm16 and setting up DECA for MVR, will my DVRs only be able to see others on the same output from the SWM or will they be able to see all DVRs connected to either output?

Both SWM16 legs can see each other for MRV purposes, so you only need a CCK or internet connection on one leg.
