HR34-700 with a AM 21 OTA Tuner Hooked to a Sony HD3D 60" TV ( KDL-60EX720)
With 3 C31 Clients an using a Cisco E4200 V2 wireless router for APPS and Youtube
Hooked to a OTA Channel Master Roof mount 100 mile range antenna with a rotor.
To watch (Philly @ WilkesBarre PA. Locals)
Directv locals are NYC

We need fewer crappy channels, not more.

I'm sure Directv can't wait to get their hands on your unit.

Only if DirecTV starts to do LiL sub channels. As with regional sporting events and the major networks, local channels have exclusive rights to these within their DMA, even if they are broadcast on sub channels.

I guess everyone wants more cooking and religious channels.... More channels are better than NONE I guess.... You can always hide them if you prefer

Most of us tend to concentrate on getting HD. Just in our nature, but that's another thread.

I get that on directv as a local channel.
I want CLTV / CLTV HD on direct tv.

Religious channels help keep your bill low and their is not enough bandwith or capacity to add every digital subchannel of every broadcast station in the country.

Now, if the retro TV subchannels would launch a national feed then perhaps maybe, but not in the current way they are distributed.

Dish Network (February 2002-August 2005)
Mediacom (August 2005-1/27/07)
DirecTV (1/27-07 - 4/14)

Dish Network (4/14 - ??)  Hopper, Super Joey, and two Joey receivers.
