What happened to the new generation TVapps..

that were to be launched shortly as stated months ago? They were to be better than the current ones.

We lost the great NOAA weather radar app due to the disgruntled app owner relationship with DTV.

If you want HD apps, you probably be better off getting a TV with WiFi so it can get its own apps. Because it may be years before DirecTV gets their act together.
