I recently got a 3D TV and when I tune to channel 106 to watch a 3D program live, I get a blank screen and an error stating that the content is not authorized to play on my TV or something like that. If I record that program and go to list and watch it as it is recording I am able to see the program in 3D and do not get the error. I am doing this from my HR34 that got the most recent firmware update a couple of days ago. Has anyone else seen something like this?

I suspect something has gone wrong with 3D with the new HR34 update (I posted elsewhere, not the same issue but technically possibly related). Did it work fine before the update?
Love DirecTV on Demand? ISPs don't.

As you read posts claiming that OTA/ATSC is not important, remember that you are at the mercy of the individual stations and their negotiation status with DirecTV (not to mention missing out on subchannels). And these negotiations are not "one and done" but will come up every once in a while--and at that point you can lose your stations completely if there is an impasse.
