directv everywhere not working on laptop

I have an HP I7 win7-64 bit laptop. When i try to watch any VOD on it from directv everywhere site, the flashplayer screen goes into a 4 second loop trying to start. works fine on other pc's in house. problem occurs in google chrome and IE9. any help appreciated.

i've tried reinstalling.
2x hr20-100 (1 w/1tb ext. hd)
1x hr20-700

1x h20-100

1gigabit lan w 3 switches (2 levels)

It might be a firewall or anti-virus issue. I can't really say for sure. Have you tried turning those off on your laptop.

problem solved. it wasnt directv or flash s/w problem but an audio driver
