I put down just the games ESPN had listed @6pm slot. So even just at that slot even if I had 4 TVs hooked up in my living room the pac12 game wouldn't be on them.

And that's the beauty of this whole thing...one person's game preference is different than the next person's.

You have differend games that matter to you than I do, and the next person could have completely different preferences than both of us! It's completely subjective.

I would not want my preferences to be the only thing everyone is allowed to watch, and I'm sure feel the same way.

if anybody really wanted to see those games, they are streamed all over the internet and show up afterwards on private torrent sites to download. pretty easy folks. google is your friend

That's true for just about everything on TV. If you are satisfied with illegal streaming of content, why even bother having any form of satellite or cable?

Yes and for that reason I choose DirecTV because they have MORE games every week. And soon golf will have the masters and guess who gets the BEST coverage oh ya DirecTV.

I don't know, I think you might actually have more college basketball games that matter, with other than DirecTV. Looking at the next 3 weeks, I count 15 games on the P12N that will involve at least one team currently projected to be in the tournament, or considered a bubble team. As many as 9 of those games could involve two such teams. Yes there is a ton of good college basketball on DirecTV, more than enough for most fans, but I don't think it is king anymore as far as college sports go.

So what you are saying I will miss a game that will give a team a what (6 seed) and maybe another team that gets (12 seed) yes I am missing ALOT.
My parents have dish and I know for a fact that I get more than they do sports wise.
Dish network is for people that are OLD or kids still living with there parents ie the old people.

Personally, I find at this time of year, I like the storyline of the bubble teams far more than teams jockeying for seeding. Of the 25-30 teams fighting for the last 12 or so spots, 6 of those teams are from the PAC-12. So this year at least, much of that fight is going to occur on the P12N and not on DirecTV.

Have your parents get the Dish Multi-Sport pack and then compare. DirecTV is still the king of professional sports, but Dish has surpassed them in college sports.

NASCAR was on Fox broadcast today ... carried on local channels nationwide.

Who are you claiming didn't get the race?

DirecTV is unquestionably the sports leader...professional sports.

It's just a shame that the sports leader is not also the college sports leader, as apparently more games are available on Dish than on DirecTV. Doesn't seem right...coming from the sports leader and all. :(

I agree. As an example, because D* doesn't carry the PAC 12 Net, only the late semi-final and Men's Basketball Conference Final (both carried by ESPN) will be available on D*. All the other games are on the PAC-12 Net.

Not just Philly remember they don't carry CSN Houston which is another very large market. Plus Pac-12 covering many markets including #2 in LA and #5/6 SF Bay Area.

Would really be nice to get Time Warner SportsChannel - Ohio added as well. Going to miss the Dayton-George Washington game.

Yeah, ever since I heard they have the rights to the Asian WC Qualifiers, I've been wanting that one. It has a wide variety of sports offered as well.

On a side note, looks like Univision Deportes Network may be taken off the list in the near future. I wouldn't complain about that addition !

So what troll?

I love directv, but they should have the pac twelve network.

There are plenty of games on that network this year that I missed because directv does not offer.

Just because they have the best coverage they should stop adding new channels?

What does this have to do with my point about college sports on DirecTV?

Strange
